    Team Jocelyn Forever Merch Line

    Jocelyn Ducharme 12/03/2017-09/28/2021

Jocelyn fought ATRT Brain Cancer for the majority of her life. On September 28, Jocelyn won her fight with cancer and got to lay her armor down, so she could rest. Jocelyn has had a profound impact on the lives of millions of people who have seen her laugh, dance, sing, and play on a popular social media app called TikTok. Our first experience with Team Jocelyn, included a zoom call with the Little Mermaid. Jocelyn's giggles were contagious and it was one of the many zoom calls we ended up staying longer than the scheduled duration of the call. Fast forward to 2021, Jocelyn and her family met Mrs. Mouse and other characters in the Boston Public Garden. Jocelyn and her family are from Utah but they came up to Boston Children's for a cancer treatment trial. Our hearts were shattered when Jocelyn passed away, so much that we flew to Utah to make magic for her siblings. When we got back and shared videos, we realized so many other people around the world also missed seeing her bright smiling face. The idea for Team Jocelyn forever merchandise was created. We knew every single aspect of it had to be perfect, just like Jocelyn. There are so many subtle hints we know Jocelyn would love: pink for her favorite color, gold butterflies, her with the princesses, and even her face on the back done with a brushstroke to symbolize her love for paintings. From the shirts sold, 50% of sales will be going to ATRT research so hopefully someday other families won't have to go through this nightmare. In the words of Winnie the Pooh "how lucky are we to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard?."
